  Prestige Tree & Landscape did a great job removing an old tree that the wind knocked over. There is nothing in place of the stump. The ground is absolutely flat, like we expected.

  I recently hired Prestige Tree & Landscape to handle the removal of two trees in tight spaces and some necessary trimming at my home. Tyler and his team were excellent to work with. Tyler is very easy to communicate with regarding questions and concerns; his voice is calming and collaborative, and his crew is equally friendly and respectful. The task was completed within a week of the evaluation, even despite the sudden windy weather. The way they handled the trees piece by piece was very delicate and coordinated—such an impressive team! It is a very humble experience to observe and work with Tyler and his team, who provide such a valuable service. As a certified arborist, Tyler’s skill as a lead climber was masterful, particularly given the confined space they had to navigate around my house. They wrapping up cleaning was also thorough and careful. I am very satisfied with the high-quality results and would highly recommend their services to others:

  I wish that I could give this company a negative star rating. I contracted this company to fall a Maple tree. I was to clean up after unless the tree fell into the creek. I received multiple verbal guarantees that I was dealing with careful professionals and that my 35-year-old Cherry Tree (the focal point of my yard) was safe. The crew that showed up could not speak any English and attempted to communicate through a phone translator. When they fell the tree, it destroyed ¾ of my Cherry tree. The crew then started cutting branches off what was left of the tree until I called the salesperson who subsequently got them to stop the work leaving part of the Maple in and across the creek. I paid for the work in good faith and expected someone would follow up but I did not see anyone come to see the damage that I had explained to the salesperson. I made a good faith offer to purchase another Cherry tree if they move it into place. I expected that at the age of 70 years old I would not be able to move what I hope would be a large Cherry tree down to the side of the creek. I heard nothing from them. I reached out to a different phone number (I was working with three different numbers for some reason not knowing who was who) and explained that I intended to escalate as best I could if they were not willing to live up to their failure. After multiple denials that we had suffered any lost I was met with insurance fraud threats by someone claiming to be an insurance adjuster. I rescinded my good faith offer as this is a company I wish to never deal with again. Still, nobody has cared enough to come look at the damage or how it has changed my yard. The people I was trying to work with are more interested in intimidating this senior citizen than doing the right thing. Look for another company.

  Prestige has helped me twice this year, they pruned all of my trees. Shaped our hedges & bushes. They also built a rock hill for us! It is beautiful we look forward to enjoying it for years to come. They are very thorough & reasonably priced. Very impressed, will definitely be using them again.
