She acted bothered and annoyed, so much that she rolled her eyes at us because we didn't know that returns could be made "in the back". If we new that we wouldn't have gone up to the front of the store. So sorry lady.

We paid for a lowe’s protection plan on our freezer, when we tried to use it, we were given an alternative company that was managing it. They kept sending me from one person to another on the phone, sent me through about 8 different people, and they would take my information send someone else who told me they would take care of it. They never did. Finally after going through AI phone numbers they finally told me, that they couldn’t help me, even though they told me they would.

I love this Lowe’s. Everyone is always super friendly. It is usually pretty well stocked as well. I was a little disappointed that some of the dying vegetable plants outside they wouldn’t mark down, but I was looking for a fertilizer that the app said was in stock so I moved on. It was not on the shelf. I stopped Ms. Marilyn after looking around for a couple of minutes , and she helped me look for the item. I spotted the product number on a box up above, and she grabbed a ladder to bring it down for me. I really appreciated her help today because I did not want to have to go to another store so she saved me a lot of time, and was super sweet!
