  Knowledgeable people, good prices, price matching, great frequent buyer program, online ordering and pick up, valid water testing and large selection. They'll get you what you need. Period. Lexie is great and GM's at both SLC stores Tanya and Rick are sure to try and keep you happy and operate their stores with quality and good customer service.

  If there’s ever a training on how not to do customer service, the associate who “helped” me should be the instructor. I’ve shopped at this location for years opening kits, closing kits, the works and staff have always pulled the products together for me without issue and usually go above and beyond to answer any questions I might have. This visit was the opposite. When I walked in and asked for an opening kit, the associate flatly stated they don’t carry it and never have. When I asked him to look it up, he recited the contents out loud but made zero effort to actually help me find the products. Due to his combative tone, I eventually pointed out that we seemed to be having trouble communicating and that I just needed a few items to which he stated he was sorry but was focused on helping another customer. He then tried to tell me incorrect information mixing up liquid chlorine with muriatic acid and I had to explain what I was holding was “just chlorine.” Throughout the entire interaction he was dismissive, rude, and combative. When I asked about Leslie’s brand chemicals, his response was that “they don’t say how these are different online” and that was the end of it. No effort, no ownership, no basic customer service instinct. This used to be a place I was happy to pay a premium to support. I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Victoria is an asset to Leslie's Pools in Murray, UT! Our company had a very complicated bit of engineering that required a last-minute pool heater and pump, and this Leslie's location went above and beyond to work with us across state lines in a limited time frame. We have been doing business with Leslie's for many years, and their care and enthusiasm is unmatched. This location is especially assertive, thorough, professional, and patient; they understand that the service they provide to their community (and businesses like ours) means more than just sales. They are supporting family homes and livelihoods. Thank you again to Victoria, as well as the corporate team in Arizona for being here.

  Google says they are open till 7pm on Fridays. Called into their phone number for hours information, it also says they are open till 7pm on Fridays. Show up at 6:35pm doors are locked. Cashier just staring at me. So I questioned through the door saying their stuff says they are open, i get a mumble back, "something something manager, something something June." Well, thanks for not following your advertised hours and making me drive 35 minutes in traffic for no reason. Amazing.

  Great people to work with! Great customer service! I enjoy going in there every time I go. They will always have our business. No more online purchases from other companies . We learned our lesson.
