Wonder why this location has better ratings than all the others? It’s because of Justin and his team. If all the other locations (many I’ve dealt with) had representatives HALF as good as Justin, their reviews would improve and ExtraSpace as a company might get back some of their lost trust and respect.
You can trust Justin. It’s weird saying that but he genuinely cares. I don’t know I’ve ever met a manager who cares more. To put it plainly, I still have a storage unit at this location (despite the NY lawsuit) because Justin runs it. He should train every location. If they ever get rid of him, I’m out.
The indoor storage facility is large, spacious, and really nice. The effort Justin has gone to, to solve problems and keep the facility safe and clean, is more than enough to keep me loyal to this location. You don’t get that kind of communication and service at other storage places and companies I’ve used.
