- JDJake DavisOct 1, 20261.0The worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer. Bed Bath & Beyond shipped me products that appeared used and were missing multiple parts. After months of back-and-forth and repeated promises that the missing parts would be sent, nothing arrived. They eventually told me they couldn’t get their vendor to respond and that I should contact the vendor myself. I purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond, and I expected them to resolve the problem. They took my money, failed to provide the complete products I paid for, and now refuse to help. An incredibly frustrating experience and a complete lack of accountability. I would never order from them again.
- DDDSep 17, 20261.0Terrible experience will never do business here again had to threaten a back charge to get their attention and my money back after the 3rd customer support agent. 1st one hung up on me, second said couldnt do anything, 3rd said could do $30 in store credit i declined said original payment or come get it. Said couldnt so threated back charge again and they started return... why did it have to be this hard I gave you every opportunity to correct the issue. All for $100 item what a joke.
