Honestly great experience here! When I first saw the unit it looked a little smaller than advertised and I measured one dimension to be about a foot smaller. I spoke with Josh who was working on site and he was super nice and willing to hear me out. We went down to the unit and double checked the measurements and confirmed the unit was smaller than what I signed up for. Josh was able to get me a reduced rate that reflected the actual size of the space. The whole time he was really nice and accommodating, the whole process probably took 10 minutes. I feel like it’s rare these days when companies and their managers are this amicable to discrepancies in contracts like this are are totally willing to work with you. Otherwise the units and the site are very nice and clean, totally comfortable storing my belongings here. I would 100% recommend this location. Great job Josh!
