  My experience with this location was horrible, I secured my unit November 2021 under a different owner (Apex Storage) who was bought out by (PUBLIC STORAGE) 2nd month into renting without any notice, my account was locked out & payment wasn't being excepted at due date. I was in a panic cause I couldn't reach anyone, only voice message machine & my calls weren't being returned! After arriving to the location & seeing a notice on the business door of updated contact information & new ownership. I was able to get clarification of the changes. Information & updates were made at a different location, at this time I thought everything was dealt with when we received a letter by mail & email shortly there after stating we were being forced to vacate & had to move out by the end of March 2022 because the unit we were in was scheduled for renovations? This made no sense considering it was a fairly new location established only a couple years ago? We then received a follow-up letter VIA mail & email stating if we chose to move to another local facility (Public Storage Unit) We would be accommodated with the first month's rent for $1 and they would waive the administration fees of $29. So I made a reservation at another location & explained my situation at the location I am currently located at, at this time I'm being told I still have to pay the full amount up front? So here is the "KICKER" I went from a unit being charged at $220 a month for a space 15'x35' being forced out to another location with loss in square footage of rental space at a 10'x30' versus my current space of 15'x35' and now being told my unit will cost me $291 a month for a 10'x30' unit and they weren't going to accommodate the $1 first months rent nor wave the $29 administration fee and my total would be $291. A pretty big jump from $220, not to mention the huge inconvenience in having to move everything again in a 4 month span. The only thing they got right during this process was the apology for the inconvenience letter, I'm a middle aged man with underlined health conditions stage 2 emphysema COPD to be exact my lung collapsed last November and my activities come with heavy restrictions & consequences especially during this pandemic, this being said (PUBLIC STORAGE) has forced me into a corner costing me heavy accrued expenses for a new unit & labor of movers in order to vacate the premises by there date set forth to a new location. To add insult to injury sort a speak receiving relentless frequent emails reminding you to (GET OUT) or forfeit our belongings is an added stress of insults, then you have the letter of apology for the inconvenience as if that isn't appalling to say the least! In closing I would like to say if you don't mind lack of communication, unorganized & unmindful, unprofessional management skills, inconveniences and costly decision making at your expense? PUBLIC STORAGE IS RIGHT FOR YOU! Other wise steer clear of the hassle and pick a more organized professional STORAGE FACILITY to rent from and avoid a MAJOR MIGRAINE. Kind Regards,
