We had tons of pavers and bricks and had to do it over a few trips and we thought it would be a huge headache but he made it so easy! Definitely deserves a raise if the owners see this! We tried to tip but they can’t accept tips, so this is my tip!

We just came back from a frantic visit to Lowe’s and Dale saved us by figuring out what was wrong with my husband’s walker, found the appropriate hardware and tool, and fixed it. Lowe’s has always been our go-to store for all manner of home improvements and appliances but this level of help goes way beyond expectations. We are very satisfied customers.

Three weeks later, the night before the installation it was canceled. I wasted a day off from work. It was rescheduled for the following Thursday. My wife took the day off for the installation. The night before the guy doing the installation was in a car accident. If It was done the Wednesday the first time, we would have new carpet. Instead no carpet and we canceled the order. Lowes can't be trusted!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
