You move in for reasonable rate and then watch the rates go up. The last rate hike was going to be a 40% increase and the rate they were increasing from was about 50% higher than when we moved in. This is over approximately 2 years time. There's several small companies renting storage for less than what we were paying after the last increase. Take your business elsewhere!!!!
