Funny you ask.
I rented a space in February it is now middle of MAY and my rent for June went up 80.00
There is no reason for that kind of increase, especially after three months.
If you can’t afford to give people so called “deals” when they sign up then don’t do it.
And I don’t want to hear the lame excuse of inflation. Inflation on what?? It’s an established facility.
Maintenance should be a given and factored in. There is no reason to jack a price for a rental unit $80 after three months of renting. Now I don’t trust you.

At first I thought it was going to be great they gave me a great move in price and said it will stay that low as long as I pay early every time so I paid for a few months ahead then I went to make my second payment before they sent me any type of bill and told me it was already to late and doubled the amount then a few months later the bill jumped up over $100. There are many other places to store trailers at a way better rate .
