  I ordered 6 bags of polysand (the kind that hardens when wet). It was delivered to my porch same day. Awesome. Except, there was a big hole in one of the bags, and no joke, there was a line of sand up from the road to my walkway hahaha You would not believe it unless you saw it (that’s why I’m adding pictures). I filled out the Lowe’s feedback survey thinking they would reach out, even with just with a simple apology over email. But 2 weeks later, nothing. So here we are. Sorry to give the 1 star because I have had other much more favorable experiences with them, but this is just too egregious to ignore. Btw, it rained just an hour after delivery. If I had not been able to immediately clean it up, can’t imagine what that mess would have looked like. Good times.

  Had a terrible experience waiting 45 min at a similar orange-colored store across the street. Decided to come over here and was immediately helped with full time and attention from Larry in plumbing. Absolute legend. Vic carted us up and checked us out. They both deserve a huge raise. Stellar service.

  I’m going to start this as a positive because I LOVE THIS LOWES. I have two Home Depot’s exponentially closer. I spend probably $800 at minimum a month on supplies for my business at Lowe’s. Except for paint all of that is online. I only really have to visit any location of any store that sells paint when I need new colors for my work. Because of their customer service from basically every single employee there, I religiously order online from this store as well as only visit this location when I buy paint. Starting off, John, Diego, Josh, and even Cory when he’s in the paint department. You guys are AMAZING! Especially John and Diego. You need a custom color you made in your garage and then aged, copied? They’re your go to! They’re always amazingly nice to my kids to the point my toddler asked why they don’t come home for dinner sometimes 😆 they know me, know my business, and for men employees who I have (now after a few years) a more personal friendship with, have never been inappropriate or made me uncomfortable. Even when they are insanely busy they both have a smile on their face and are quick while giving everyone all the time they need. They can multitask like no one else! Everyone I mentioned is kind, so happy, and knowledgeable and always extremely professional! You can tell they care about their jobs so much! Cory, who I know has filled in, in paint a few times is the nicest! I have a huge respect for him. He will admit when he doesn’t know something and then he will make sure to figure it out and get you the right info and product! So many people won’t admit when they don’t know something and it’s cost me so much money and time. But Cory has never steered me wrong. In fact, one night I had a difficult color match with a p*ssed off toddler! He spent TWO hours working with me! Another one of my favorites, Ken! It doesn’t matter where he is in the store or what he’s doing! He will come and say hi and be so sweet to me and my kids! The reason it makes such a huge impact on my children is that my toddler has some serious trust issues, especially with men, and she was not easy to be around or to break through her tough exterior but these employees, including ones I haven’t listed yet, have been nothing but kind to her for so many years now, that at four years old she’s opened up and learned to trust again, a huge part is these employees care and attitude! It’s consistent and kind! Ken is always so genuinely happy and nice! We love him! TeeGee, YOU are so so sweet! So understanding and so helpful!! You step in at the hardest part of our shopping trips! Check out! And this girl knows what being in a hurry means and how to handle two upset babies who want suckers! lol no really, you are a fantastic human and we appreciate you! There are so many more employees I haven’t mentioned. I wish I remembered all of their names. I believe one is Adam and a shorter sweet woman who works at self checkout who we LOVE them both! Lowes must great their employees amazing to have so many long term and consistent employees who are always so happy and provide such great service! That being said, there is one employee I dread seeing. She is mean and it stresses me out to go to customer service whenever I see her! Which is not often as I hardly ever have any, returns or exchanges. Cindy. An older woman who has hearing issues. She is so mean to all other employees, extremely brash and harsh to all people I’ve seen her interact with. It’s awkward and embarrassing standing there while employees are trying to be helpful with the one return I’ve had in years and she’s yelling at them. I see their embarrassment and it’s sad (sorry Adam, she was so mean to you when you didn’t even cause the issue). She yells, interrupts constantly, and NEVER EVER will help another employee or me in any department because “thats not my job, not my department, and I don’t have anything to do with that!” Not a team player and seriously needs to be talked to.. why is she customer service?! I still come because of the other employees I listed!

  Rude and condescending return counter staff. Tried to return blinds I bought which were the wrong size (not custom cut) and per online policy I am able to return them especially because they were not custom cut. Box was opened but blinds were not used and return policy said nothing against returning opened items. Lady at the counter was rude and asked if the blinds were “cut.” I said “no” because blinds were not custom cut - I bought them in store yesterday, thought I needed that exact size and bought as is. No cut. She said “well with the box like that it tells me they’ve been cut.” I explained how the box was opened due to my measurements being wrong (yes that was my mistake) and when we went to put them up realized our measurement mistake. Reboxed them and returned. She told me I couldn’t return because they were cut. I continued to explain how they were “not cut.” Manager came, looked at the box, and accepted the return verifying they were indeed not cut. I even apologized to the lady and apologized for making it confusing. She refused to apologize for being wrong and continues to be rude to me and tried to backtrack saying “well it’s not my decision.” I was mad because I had explained they were not cut and she didn’t believe me and tried to make me feel dumb. I understand people try to be sneaky with returns but when you accuse honest customers, sorry you’re losing my business. Didn’t even try to look at the receipt to verify I bought them yesterday and didn’t even try to be helpful. Just stood her ground on the wrong idea. Will not be buying from them again. I don’t appreciate being treated rudely and condescending when I’m trying to fix an honest mistake I made. Appreciate the manager verifying I was correct that they were not cut and accepting my return but don’t appreciate the lady who was rude to me. Blonde lady with glasses at return desk.

  This Lowes easily has better products than the Home Depot down the street but coming here is a hassle. As I stand here right now I'm looking at 2 other people waiting for an associate. How can your paint counter not have anyone? It's been like this for over a decade. Always completely understaffed despite being in a great location.
