So I really expected to be coming here to leave a one-star review. I purchased a washer and dryer and the associates at the store were amazing. However, their third party delivery people lied and said that they tried to deliver. We were home and they never knocked on the door or even leave the truck. They did not want to bring it up the stairs so they just drove away. While this was an extremely infuriating situation, they did reschedule the delivery and were very considerate and apologetic and refunded the delivery charge!

Trying to order with them on a pro account is a joke. Tried the app and it said delivery today but I needed a pallet but there's no option to ask for a straight pallet. Called the store and got transferred around the store for 10+ minutes before I hung up. Tried again later and got transferred around the store for another 10 mins and finally got a pro desk person. He must have had me on speaker phone or something cause I could barely understand him and he sounded like he was underwater and I could hear every noise in the area. I told him that but he made no effort to speak clearer or take me off speaker or whatever I was on. Had to ask him to repeat everything and he misunderstood everything I told him. Finally ordered a pallet of block and after paying, he then told me I'd get a call back Monday to schedule the delivery. Then I got into my account cause it seemed to cheap and yup, he only ordered me 42 block instead of a pallet and charged $75 for delivery. Pretty sure they told me pro delivery was only $20 but I may be mistaken. Called back and got transferred around the store for another 15 mins before being hung up on. Called back again and was able to cancel the order through the AI garbage answering machine but didn't refund full amount. Had to call back again to ask why delivery wasn't refunded and finally got the same guy. He wasn't even at the desk to answer questions and supposedly I'll eventually get refunded the delivery fee. Again couldn't understand him and didn't get a good reason as to why he only ordered 42 block instead of a pallet. Will be trying anywhere else I can to get the order so I can avoid using Lowe's.
