Last time I’ll go to Lowe’s - they have the most useless employees. I sat at the self checkout for 5 minutes waiting for help because something didn’t have a bar code. She told me to go back and get another one - way at the very back of the store. I just left everything I was trying to buy and drove to Home Depot.

Spent over $10,000 in appliances. We had an appointment to get my dishwasher installed June 5th, the appointment was between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. nobody ever called and nobody ever showed up, I had to call multiple times to get rescheduled. I finally got it rescheduled for June 10th, 5 days later. They were supposed come between 2:00 and 4:00. They finally called and said they couldn't make the appointment and they would have to reschedule for next week. This is beyond horrible customer service. I called the Layton store to vent my frustrations, and all the phone did was Ring Off The Hook. Finally talked to somebody in customer service that was able to cancel my order. Do not waste your time with the store, or company, they are too big and their left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Beyond frustrated.

Customer Service in the toilet. Over the last few months, I've purchased several hundred concrete blocks for my new wall project. In the beginning, the delivery guy would drop the pallets in the general area of my project area. Each block weighs about 50 lbs. Thousands of pounds of blocks on each pallet.
As my wall progressed, I needed the pallets dropped off closer to my work area.The pathway in the yard to the final section was 7'wide. The width of the tires on the fork lift was 8'.
Here's the PROBLEM:
The driver on one of the deliveries indicated that they could not get any closer than 60' to my final work area. I had another driver, who delivered a different product, indicated that the fork lift wheels were adjustable and the fork lift could do a "crab walk" through the 7' gap. Solution found.. WRONG!
When the delivery arrived today, the driver indicated that the "crab walk" adjustment had been broken on his fork lift since last year. HOW CAN Lowes, a multi million dollar company, not fix a $20,000 folk lift, in the name of customer service?
There's no excuse for this type of cheap business practices..
I now have to hand carry hundreds of blocks an additional 60' across the yard..
Lowes talks about customer service, but money seems to be the only motivation they address.
