  We had a great experience thanks to Josh who walked us through the available storage units and prices. Also stayed on the phone while we checked out a unit remotely as well as addressing all our questions. When we finally made a decision Josh processed our payment and contacted the office to get us a key

  My family hired Big Ben movers for a large home move. The guys, Troy and Brian, were early. They were prepped and ready to go before I was even at the location. They were very professional and asked what the plan was and discussed the best way to move and in what order the items should be moved. They listened and developed a plan and went right to work. These items were not easy by size or weight. Brian and Troy totally handled it. I was very impressed. They were efficient and very cautious with every piece of furniture. They were easy to talk to and very friendly. I will hire Big Ben’s again because of these two pros. It’s hard to find real pros at anything but I cannot say enough good about them and the job they did.

  Brady, Neb, Joe b, Tj and Troy were fantastic, we went with the premium moving package and couldn’t be happier with their performance and attitude. The best guys ever
