Not a good place they are nice to you when you give money to them but when you want your money back they treat you like trash I'm out 400 .00 dollars and they don't care they said they closed unit out on Saturday and I got a text message today saying that my unit is closed four days later they're horrible people. I don't know why they would even put Dan in charge.

I’m super disappointed with my storage unit and facilities. The doors are not sealed at all, so much ongoing construction over the entire past year and a half, and now everything I have stored is absolutely filthy and a couple of items are ruined! Access is often denied, and rates keep increasing. Looking for somewhere else.

This company is gaining ownership of more and more storage units everyday. They list a great WEB price then once you have your items moved in they double your rate. We have multiple units and all of them were almost doubled.
I guess I should really thank them as it’s now given me the opportunity to really think about how much I really need what’s in the storage unit(s). Have scheduled for help to come and clear out units this weekend. For those of you that can down size into a smaller unit or no unit at all, I would highly suggest it or go to a different, locally owned storage company for your storage needs.
Corporations like this will take every advantage they can to make money off of your need/want to save your memories and personal items that mean something to you.
