- BBBASeniorAdventures2 days ago5.0I reserved a 10 x 20 space, and when we arrive, it was actually two 10 x 10 units. It would’ve been nice be notified of this upfront before we arrived. BUT, With that said, and while we don’t like surprises, it actually worked out to our benefit. We were actually able to separate household items from garage items in the two separate units. We love the fact that the gates are locked at 10 PM till 6 AM every night. Gives us extra confidence of Security. We love that our storage unit is indoors. Again that extra Security and better insulation Against summer and winter temperatures. Overall, we are very pleased. I’ll do an update review in four months to see how much they raise our rent ha ha
- RMRon MarloweMay 10, 20261.0Another Extra Space plunder. I also left another Extra Space because they jacked up rents by huge amounts within 3 months. And here we go again. I rented at Towne about 8 months ago and wanted a yearly lease and offered to pay more for a fixed rate on a 10x10 unit. Towne said they didn’t offer yearly leases but would hold my rent the same for a year (at a much higher price). Worked for me. In comes ES and within 3 months jacked up the already high rent for a 10x10 to $144. Others around me have experienced the same sort of rental increases in all unit sizes. ES is, unquestionably, the highest price in town and you should run run run from this location and any other. I’ll be out, too.
