  Made duplicate door keys that wouldn't even fit in keyhole (they were too wide). Requested refund but haven't heard back yet.

  I'm reading comments that they had terrible service but it's a key vending machine. Another said they gave horrible service. It's a key vending machine just inside the Walmart front door on the right side. Another said he felt conned and that they didn't know what they were doing or how to solve the problem. Again, it's a key vending machine. Those negative comments make no sense. Who could possibly be making such comments?? As for me, I simply placed my key into the slot and the vending machine created a new key for a few bucks. Good service

  These are scammers. DO NOT USE!!!! Showed up, without trying to pick the lock, they drilled to open the door for $350!!!! They ruined the lock and didn’t know how to fix it. I made them leave before they made it worse.

  called number provided online great customer service answered promptly and called back to follow up on service, however the technician that came to unlock a file cabinet for us refused to make a key for us. Charged over a 100 dollars to run a drill bit through our lock which only took two minutes to complete. Worst service ever will never use them again. It is a shame they associate themselves with Lowe's Home Improvement.
