  **Disappointing Experience at World Market – Farmington, UT** I was genuinely surprised by my experience at this location. The store felt chaotic, with boxes, merchandise, and items scattered throughout the aisles. Beyond looking disorganized, the clutter creates potential safety hazards for both customers and employees. A retail store should be a place where people can comfortably browse without having to navigate around merchandise and obstacles. The checkout experience was just as unusual. The cashier seemed overwhelmed trying to locate barcodes and figure out how to arrange my purchases in the bags, to the point that I ended up helping bag my own items. I understand that employees can have busy days, and this isn't meant to be a personal criticism of the cashier. Rather, it seemed like a reflection of a store environment that was disorganized overall. World Market is a brand I associate with unique finds and an enjoyable shopping experience, so this visit was especially disappointing. I left wondering how a store in this condition is being managed. There is a difference between a store being busy and a store being so disorganized that it affects safety and the customer experience. Hopefully, management takes a closer look at the condition of the store, the safety of its aisles, and the support employees receive at checkout. This location has some work to do to deliver the shopping experience I would expect from the World Market brand.

  Check your items before you purchase something here. I got ripped off when I bought a water garden from this store and the rocks and seeds were taken from it at full price. It doesn't look like they do quality control here.

  I only come for two things. Italian cola and Nutella cookies. Could I find them other places? Sure maybe. But do I get to see a Japanese Coy pizza oven every visit? Yes. Totally worth it.
