  Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had I ordered a lovesac months ago. Paid their very expensive price. I have had NO communication and No lovesac. It’s now a hate sac for me and I want my money back. DO NOT Trust these guys with your money. Seriously, I thing I have been defrauded and I’m reporting this company to the better business bureau as well. Buyer beware. I don’t right bad reviews normally as sometimes things happen but after taking a lot of money and not delivering, as a Google local guide I felt this review had to be written to protect other consumers.

  Jake is amazing and very knowledgeable at what he does. We stopped by on the way to the movies and asked a few questions he show us how good them couches were and we were hooked, besides my husbands their couches are the second most comfortable thing I’ve laid on. So excited we can’t wait for our couch to arrive, thank you Jake, you a hottie too lol.

  I purchased a LoveSac sectional from the Farmington, UT location three weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with both the staff and the ordering process. We were not sent the shoe print and had to call the store after delivery to request it, only to find out they had no record of the configuration we had selected, making it difficult to re-create our sectional. While assembling the couch, we discovered we were missing a cushion and a cover. We immediately contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who was kind and apologetic, but informed us that the store had made a mistake when ordering the pieces — and that we would be responsible for paying the additional cost. We requested some form of compensation for the store’s error and the misquote we received, but were told there was nothing they could do. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I am extremely frustrated that at this price point, we have encountered multiple issues and are now expected to cover a significant unexpected fee due to the store’s error. Update: The Farmington store Manager did reach back out and offer a 5% appeasement discount due to the errors that were made with ordering our cushion which would take care of the addition cushion cost.   Bailey always goes above and beyond for us. She is so helpful and pleasant I will definitely be going back to her for all of our LoveSac needs.

  Todd was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to decide what we wanted. All the employees we interacted with were very friendly. We’re excited for our new couches!
