- CACortney AlbaneseAug 21, 20261.0Make sure you like what you buy. I love this store and my wife has bought many lights from them in the past but we recently remodeled our entire upstairs and purchased a light for our bathroom that was very dim and did not work in the bathroom setting. After my contractor installed it and had me come look at it I asked him to take it down and we would take back and exchange for something brighter. Mind you this light was over $400 and the person that helped us said sorry “nothing we can do as it was installed”. Wow not an offer for a discount on new light or anything to try and make it right. It would have been helpful if the person that sold us the light would have told us the light is very dull and may not be good for a bathroom setting. Love their products and quality but now with a $400 light in my garage I will never shop here again. Not only did they lose me as a customer we were about to have them quote on cabinets for our kitchen with the business connected to them and to say the least we changed our mind
- WMWendy MicklerJul 24, 20265.0We've purchased several gorgeous lighting fixtures from Lighting Design over the past few years. Between the store and the online displays, the selection is wonderful. Our latest purchase was a beautiful chandelier. It was installed today and it's perfect! We love it. Thanks to Monique for her artistic input and helpful assistance!
