  I felt like Holly at La-Z-Boy in Draper knew what we needed before we even had to tell her!!! She showed us a lot of different selections for the product we were looking for, and took mental notes of what we were liking. This allowed us to find the perfect rocking chair that worked for both me and my husband!! Holly suggested things I hadn’t thought of when purchasing a chair before, but definitely would’ve cared about after if we hadn’t worked with her!! She did her best to find us an item well within our price range, and is really the only person we’d like to work with when we shop at La-Z-Boy again! She’s just that good! And of course, we continue to be impressed with the offering and quality of La-Z-Boy on its own.

  Purchased my Lazyboy recliner for my nursery. Travis was so extremely helpful, he helped size me for a chair to give me that option for my height. But I already had my eyes set on a specific chair that was technically too big for my height but he gave me some tips to help me be comfortable in the chair that I really wanted. They even price matched the same chair I just looked at from another furniture store which was incredible, cause my experience and the warranty was much better with La-Z-Boy. I will be returning for any future rocking chair or sofa purchases I need to make. I recommend them!!

  The purchase was pretty slick considering it was all done online. A couple of hiccups but nothing concerning. The delivery was fantastic. Can't really rate the chair yet since I just got it. I dropped one star because I think the price for this particular chair might be a bit high. I still would recommend the company.

  This is a shout out to Holly Winger at the Draper location. Moving my son from NJ to Utah and to say we were taken for a ride at the furniture store directly across the street is an understatement. Broken promises, crazy delivery fees - I had snapped photos with prices as we were shown items within his budget. When we went back the next day, it was a disaster and every “promise” broken. Defeated and deflated we sat in the parking lot figuring we had exhausted all other options. My son saw the Lazy Boy store and said “We missed that store” - in we went and a guardian angel by the name of Holly was sent to us. I gave her the low down of said place across the street and asked that she just be straight up and honest with us. She was incredible. She listened. She cared. She did her best to work with us and then some. She wanted us to know there are truly good people still! She went above and beyond. We couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative. Not only do we recommend this furniture store and the values it stands behind in treating customers fairly, but the exemplary customer service and respect by their salespeople - in particular - Holly “Holiday” Winger. The best of the best. Go see her! Tell her Patty and Tim sent you!

  I wish to thank Sheila at La-Z-Boy for all her help in finding me the perfect lift chair! She has been very helpful, kind, friendly and caring in making sure I get the chair I need while i heal from knee surgery. She has also been very patient in organizing the delivery of my chair which I sincerely appreciate. I love La-Z—Boy furniture and have several chairs for many years!!! Their furniture is very well made and lasts forever!!! Thank you again, Sheila, for all your assistance in helping me find my perfect chair!!!
