- RURhone Udell3 days ago5.0I seldom leave reviews but todays experience at Furniture Row was exceptional. Jill knew her inventory well enough to show me exactly what I was looking for. Good quality and great price! Since it was raining while I went home to trade the car for a truck, she had my new dresser wrapped in plastic and moved near a door. When I returned, it literally took just two minutes to sign my receipt and load the truck. HOME RUN Jill!
- IGIan GraingerOct 8, 20261.0Went in to buy a new couch. the Store had a sale, $100 discount for every $1000 spent. We found a very nice couch for $4000, Actually $3999. We asked if we got $400 off as it was only $1 less than $4000, the answer was no you get nothing for the $999. You need to spend more. We asked them to sell us the couch for $4000, their answer was no, buy more. We then asked what delivery was, which is $287 (crazy compared to RC Willey's $99 which last a year). We asked does that put us over the $4000, their answer was no, spend more. So we left and went elsewhere. They lost a $4000 sale over a $1. Which you would think they would want, when most of their employees are sitting watching the game on TV because there are hardly any customers in the store on a Saturday.
- MCMckade ChristensenOct 2, 20261.0I genuinely don’t understand how this business has a 4.5-star rating. I ordered two items from them, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been one headache after another. Dealing with the issues surrounding both purchases has been frustrating and disappointing, and the overall experience has completely lost my trust as a customer. Will never shop here again.
- BLBrad LibinSep 29, 20265.0Needed matteress and adjustable bed frame along with sofa to be delivered out of there GreaFalls, Mt store to a senior living facility for a partially paralyzed cousin. There ability to help me here and have a store who could deliver in another state was awesome. Salespeople were exceptional.
- JDJennifer DoyleSep 26, 20265.0Sebastian was very helpful. We had to go home to measure our space, and Sebastian got us all set to make our purchase without having to make the trek back up to the store. It was nice to shop without pressure from multiple salesmen. Highly Recommend!
