Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility and easy to get around. So many places seem too crowded with stuff. That was not the case here.

I recently purchased furniture from Furniture Row after buying a new home, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience, especially because of my salesperson, Kiara.
I was initially hesitant to shop at Furniture Row because I was concerned the furniture might be overpriced or lower quality than I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and selection. Kiara was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and helped guide me toward the perfect pieces for my home.
Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, professional, and always willing to help. When I learned that one of my items was backordered until September, I was concerned that I would have to wait for all of my furniture to arrive before receiving any of it. After spending a significant amount of money and sitting in an empty house, that was frustrating news.
Kiara immediately looked into the situation and got back to me right away. She was able to clarify that I would not have to wait for everything to arrive and that my order could be delivered in multiple shipments. That was a huge relief.
Since purchasing my home, I’ve worked with many different companies, and Kiara has been by far the most impressive person I’ve dealt with. Her communication, customer service, and dedication to her customers are exceptional. Furniture Row is fortunate to have her on their team.

UPDATE: Created a ticket as instructed and got the same response I originally got, just in more words. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I’m not at all a fan of leaving negative reviews, but here we go.
We had a wonderful experience in the showroom when we visited Furniture Row in October 2025. The salesman who helped us was really sweet, and we explained that our family had just relocated to Utah and needed to furnish our new home. One of our biggest priorities was finding a comfortable sectional with durable fabric that wouldn't pill, since excessive pilling was one of the reasons we got rid of our previous couch.
We found a sectional that was super comfy and had it delivered in November 2025. Unfortunately, despite very light use over the past 6 months, the fabric has pilled so severely that it is noticeable from across the room. My husband and I are the primary users (only occasionally during weekday evenings, and on weekends when we aren’t out with the kids), and our two toddlers don't even sit on it because they have their own seating.
When I contacted the store, the representative I spoke with was very helpful and discussed a possible courtesy reselect. The idea was that I could exchange the sectional for a different one, and paying any price difference if we chose something more expensive, or losing the difference if we chose something cheaper. I submitted the requested photos for management review and hung up feeling extremely optimistic.
However, I was later informed via text that the pilling was considered normal wear and tear and that no accommodation would be made. I understood that a courtesy reselect would be above and beyond standard policy, as a way to rectify our dissatisfaction and retain us as customers. After being encouraged to submit photos and led to believe there were options available, the response shifted to blaming my use of a fabric shaver, even though using one had been suggested by the customer service rep I spoke with during my initial conversation.
What began as an excellent sales experience ultimately became very disappointing. A 6-month-old sectional with minimal use should not look this worn. In my experience of 5 years working in home furnishings customer service, I know that when furniture has not been abused or neglected, there are ALWAYS “policy” work-arounds and exceptions to the rules to preserve customers’ trust and loyalty; the company just has to care and value you enough.
There are several furniture stores in the connecting plazas to this store, and we made the intentional decision to invest our money with Furniture Row.
My advice to prospective customers is to understand that all these reviews you see below that are being asked for by sales reps during the excitement of closing on a purchase before someone’s even left the showroom, do not reflect the experience you'll receive after the you sign your name on the dotted line. The true measure of a company is how it stands behind its products and takes care of customers after you’ve given them their money and walk out the door. Take this review as a sentiment to that.
