  Great store, great products, very helpful people. Shopped around lots of places for furniture but kept finding my way back here for the style and quality.

  It was easy to order from them however after purchasing my table I had to wait a week for it to be delivered to the store. I was fine with that. When I went to pick up my table and chairs at the store it was not there. They explained to me how there must have been a mistake and they set it out on the floor and it got sold. They sold my table I had already purchased from underneath me. I was told it would be another week before they could get me a new one delivered to the store again and to show they were sorry for the mistake they offered me a $25 gift card. I didn’t want to spend more money at their store. I had just bought what I wanted and they sold my furniture from underneath me and we’re going to make me wait another week for a new one. The following week I called first thing in the morning to make sure my new table was at the store before picking it up and guess what... it wasn’t. They said there was another mixup and it didn’t make it on their truck and it would be another week before I could get it! I was tired of having no where to sit to eat and was so frustrated at what was happening. They best the could offer me for me to get a table sooner was a damaged floor model with some money off and I had to still come and pick it up myself. It was an externally frustrating situation and I felt like they were more concern on telling me how they were going to make sure this issue wouldn’t happen to anyone else then making the situation that kept happening to me right. I will not be buying from them again.

  The Downeast in Draper is my favorite location. The employees are always so friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. Recently, we purchased a dresser there. It arrived with a few flaws, but the manager Jen was super helpful and went above and beyond to make us happy. We left more than satisfied with the service provided and a new dresser!
