Our card expired and we had no idea, and our stuff was going to be put up for auction. Melissa called us a bunch of times, and finally got a hold of us (we are bad with answering unknown callers). She was so nice and professional, and we got it sorted out. I really, really, REALLY appreciate her help in saving our stuff! Facility is great, very clean, temperature controlled, etc. everything you would expect, and again, Melissa is fantastic. Will recommend to anyone looking to safely store their stuff!
