  James came out on extremely short notice to help address an emergency water intrusion issue that caused flooding in my basement. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. He answered all of my questions, walked me through the work he was doing as he was doing it, and entertained other questions I had that were unrelated to his work on my sprinkler system. He also charged a very fair rate, which I consider to be great value. As a homeowner, it can be really difficult to find someone who offers quality work at a fair price, but James does that and more. I feel extremely satisfied and well taken care of, and I look forward to engaging with him for all future sprinkler needs.

  James responded quickly and came to assess my issue the same day. He identified and fixed a few different problems. He was very thorough and made sure everything was resolved. I really appreciate his timeliness, patience answering all my questions, and quality work.

  James was awesome! Very attentive, he was quick to fix any issues, and very responsive. We used the automate our old sprinkler system. Definitely recommend! Also, James recommended a group to lay our sod after, this was so helpful and they were great!
