Facility is clean and easily accessible but I’ve been there less than 3 months and I received a letter that my price was increasing by $75/month. When I initially rented from here, I saw several comments/reviews on my town’s social media page from people expressing the same frustrations about this place, so it seems like this is a common thing here. Should have been smart enough to avoid Extra Space from the start, so my bad on that. Probably good for short term storage, but I don’t care to stay and possibly experience another huge price increase.

Honestly been using the same unit for about five years and the new company is good. I really appreciated the last guy that I talked to over the phone when my payment didn’t go through. Not only did he help me get it sorted and paid but he also dropped the monthly rent on the unit some for me. Which I didn’t expect but am extremely grateful for.
