We chose Aloha because of recommendations that we had heard from others as well as their selection of Thursday fiberglass pools. Brad himself came out to do a site evaluation prior to our final decision and because of that personal touch, we decided to go through with the process and felt comfortable moving forward with the pool. We had some early struggles with routine construction related things but the team walked us through those and got us on track. The construction crew that was on site was A+ and did a fantastic job. The only reason for a 4/5 review was how the end of the project phase went. Until the last couple of weeks of the project, communication and pace was excellent. However, one the pool was mostly done and we could start getting in, the communication and pace slowed down and it felt like they just kind of moved on. We’ve still not received the whole initial pool kit that we paid for (pole, brush, hose) and there was never a final water sample taken to make it pool ready. We eventually took a sample to our local pool store and found that conditions were far off from where it should be from the expectations for a pool start up according to that shop. Overall we were/are pleased and would use aloha again and would recommend. Would just like to have better communication until the full project was completed.

Called for appt approx 4th to 8th of June. Service techs showed up 18th of June. They did not have part on truck.. Capacitor. I was told to call by following Monday if I had not been contacted. I finally got to talk to Aloha on Wednesday. Service guy said they could probably buy one local. Today is July 2 still no communication. I called again and finally text them to cancel. Simple communication would go a long way. Jessie and Landon their techs were pleasant to deal with. I hate to gripe but having run a small business for 30 years I know the VAlUE of COMMUNICATION!,

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I have always heard how sorry their customer service was but stupid me had to see for myself. $1200 pool cleaner down in less than a year (they didn’t manufacture it so not their fault) so I called to see what I have to do about warranty and make sure they have another in stock so pool was nice and clean for 4th weekend. Lady transferred me to service and they never answered, left a message and rather than calling they texted me. I responded with I would rather speak to someone “because I have questions about what to buy and what’s in stock” WITH NO RETURN CALL AT ALL FOR 2 DAYS NOW. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 stars because they can dispute and have 1 star stuff removed.

Still waiting on a call after leaving my dolphin there a month ago for repair. I called several times and kept leaving messages. After finally reaching someone, I was told I needed a new cord. The cord that is on it is brand new. The Dolphin hasnt worked since I put it on. It was almost like it had a short, like it worked a minute if I move the cord around. I thought it might be my installation that caused the problem. So they were going to check again on other areas and let me know if they find anything else. I never heard back. They tried to load me up with several products that I didn't need to replace what they were out of. I was and am disappointed. I was hoping they would be different from the Paducah Aloha. They were very friendly at first. Now getting a person on the phone is next to impossible. I guess i will need to pick up my Dolphin pool cleaner and take it somewhere else.
