  I was having pool opened, I had put in the notes to look at something else but wasn’t done. Well not sure because no one communicated anything. I swore I’d never use Aloha again with all the problems when we built the pool so it’s on me for giving them a third, fourth and fifth chance. I’ll do the opening next year with Walmart chemical and spend 7 minutes doing it like they did and save the money.

  This pool install experience has been absolutely amazing! I had an inground pool before at our previous house and it was not as pleasurable with another company. Chase our sales person was patient as we made multiple changes and finally decided on the perfect pool for us! Very knowledgeable from the get go! Chaco our project manager was also amazing! We had challenges because we are on a steep hill with little access. Never slowed the guys down. Fastest install ever! Top of the line - I don’t feel like I was cheated with cheap materials. Concrete looks amazing. Anytime I have texted Chase or Chaco they respond and answer my never ending questions. Pool school done by Chaco was excellent! Very informative and I learned knew things I didn’t know with my previous pool! Bottom line aloha pool in Union City is definitely the go to for all your pool needs !!!!

  I recently had an inground pool installed by this company. One of my main concerns was how the leftover gravel was handled. Instead of properly removing it, or placing the material where I requested 2x, the crew spread it out from my driveway to my shed, which does not require an extra driveway, and scattered throughout a large part of my yard. I specifically asked for this to be cleaned up, but even after that request, there was still a thick layer of gravel left scattered. In the process of returning weeks after the pool installation was complete to move it, they also damaged newly planted grass seed, which set back the work I had already done on my lawn. Additionally, the condition in which the pool was left was hardly acceptable. There was sand and rocks left in the bottom of the pool from the installation, and more concerning, the cut liner is exposed in the corner near the step. This has created an open gap between the liner and the pool wall. Overall, the pool is acceptable but I expected better attention to detail and cleanup, especially for a project of this size and cost.
