Guess you cannot return new PVC fittings over ninety days past purchase. About $20 worth of PVC fittings that could not be returned. Assistant manager Shannon could not help me. Planned on spending $400 today, but I don't think I will.
The best they could do was just say, sorry, sir, We cannot help you. Now that I know the policy, I will be going elsewhere for the house remodel supplies.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had.
My family has spent thousands of dollars with Lowe’s over the years, including a $16,000 bathroom remodel, doors, appliances, and numerous other home improvement purchases. Despite our loyalty, Lowe’s has completely failed to deliver on something as basic as a refrigerator order.
This nightmare began in May. We have had two separate deliveries scheduled, and both times the refrigerator never arrived. We have repeatedly called, visited the store, and asked for help, only to be told over and over that there is “nothing we can do.”
As a result of Lowe’s failures, we have lost hundreds of dollars in spoiled groceries and medication that required refrigeration. Not once has Lowe’s offered a meaningful solution, compensation, or even taken responsibility for the situation.
What is even more frustrating is that Lowe’s continues to blame LG for the delays and delivery failures. As a customer, I did not purchase this refrigerator directly from LG—I purchased it from Lowe’s because I trusted the Lowe’s name and reputation. The responsibility to resolve issues with products sold through your store should not fall on the customer. Instead of advocating for us and finding a solution, Lowe’s repeatedly shifted the blame elsewhere while leaving us without the appliance we paid for. I bought from Lowe’s because I trusted the Lowe’s name. Instead, whenever something went wrong, Lowe’s pointed fingers at LG rather than taking ownership and helping the customer who paid them.
What makes this even more disappointing is the lack of leadership and accountability. Manager Amanda was made aware of the ongoing issue, yet we still received no resolution. Instead of helping a longtime customer, we were left feeling ignored and dismissed while the problem dragged on for months.
After spending so much money with this company, I never expected to be treated this way. Lowe’s has shown that once they have your money, customer service and accountability are no longer priorities.
I cannot recommend Lowe’s to anyone based on this experience, and I will seriously reconsider making future purchases from a company that refuses to stand behind the products it sells and the customers who support it.

I arrived at 3 PM for delivery order to pick up and drop off at someone’s home. Usually, these things are supposed to be ready when you show up I checked in immediately nothing happened so I went inside the store and asked an employee about the order. They told me it will be up there in a moment and then they left. I waited for 30 minutes still nothing so I returned to the store to ask another staff member what was going on and when would the order be ready so I could have it delivered on time I told them the employee I spoke to told me 30 minutes ago, it will be ready and he never came back with it. They were having trouble locating this employee to get information on the order. His name was Angel they located him 10 minutes later he came up to where I was at customer service and told them it would be another 10 minutes. I waited at least another 15 minutes for him to come around the corner on a forklift with the brakes ready to be put on my truck, but as he was pulling up with the forklift, he stopped midway and got off and had to wait for someone to help him because he couldn’t finish the job. Someone else finished loading them onto my truck as he stood there and watched. I waited over an hour for these bricks so I could have them delivered ridiculous.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
