WARNING: ABSOLUTE CROOKS AND SCAMMERS — DO NOT INTREST THEM WITH A SINGLE PENNY
Stay far, far away from the Extra Space Storage in Spring Hill, TN. The manager running this facility is a straight-up thief, and the entire operation is a massive scam.
Money and items go missing, completely bogus fees are tacked on, and when you confront the manager about it, she lies straight to your face and acts completely untouchable. But it gets worse—when you escalate the issue to the district manager, expecting someone to fix it, you quickly realize the DM is fully in on the scheme. The district manager actively protects her, covers up the shady financial games, and shuts down any attempt at getting actual answers or accountability. They are running a coordinated racket together.
This place is taking full advantage of paying customers, stealing from people, and hiding behind corporate shields. Do not store your hard-earned property or trust your credit card with these criminals. Rent ANYWHERE else in Spring Hill!

DO NOT RENT HERE — UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
Avoid the Extra Space Storage on Kedron Road in Spring Hill, TN, at all costs.
The site manager is completely untrustworthy, and there are severe financial discrepancies occurring behind closed doors. Items go missing, unauthorized fees appear, and when you bring the issue to management, you are met with excuses and hostility.
What makes it worse is that escalations to corporate do not help. The district manager actively covers for the property manager, shielding them from accountability and enabling this shady behavior. They act in tandem to brush serious issues under the rug instead of resolving them.
Save yourself the stress and money. Rent somewhere else in Spring Hill where your property and payment details will actually be respected.
