I had my storage unit at this facility for several years without any issues until the new management company took over.
Previously, I was able to make partial payments online with my account. After the ownership change, I was informed that if a payment is made after the due date, both the past-due balance and the next month’s rent must be paid in full.
When I called to make a partial payment toward my past-due balance, I was told I needed to sign a form for the payment to be accepted. Based on that conversation, I understood the form was only to authorize the partial payment. I was not clearly informed of any additional consequences of signing it. Shortly after, additional fees were added to my account and a lien was placed on my unit.
Since then, I have repeatedly requested a copy of the agreement I signed, a breakdown of the charges, and clarification of the payment options I was told were available. Despite multiple emails, I have not received a response.
My concern is the lack of transparency and communication during the payment process and the inability to get clear answers afterward.

Very professional and polite staff. Always helpful and attentive with any needs. The indoor units are always cool and the surrounding lots are very clean too. Good to know my personal belongings are safe and in great hands.
