Went to go grab a gallon of paint today. I stood at the vacant paint counter for at least 20 minutes without a single employee asking if I needed assistance. 4 employees were standing around the cashiers, not a single one acknowledged me. I hit their “need assistance button” at least 6 times. I asked the front end (checkout) employees if someone could come help me. After asking them 3 different times if anyone was working the paint counter, one responds as she’s speed walking past the paint counter, “Uh let me call someone I guess.”
It’s not about waiting to be helped…. “Hey I’m so sorry, let me find someone who can help.” Just acknowledge your customers and stop staring at them without offering assistance.

I give the actual store a four-star and the company a 0 star! It's been a couple years or more I bought a refrigerator and had some problems with it long story short I got a refund but they would not give me the refund outright they gave it to me on their app in what's called a wallet and I forget the amount it was somewhere around 1,000 which I spent some, the balance has been close to 700 dollars for a long time. Which I didn't worry about cuz it was always there then I went to the store cuz I needed a chainsaw figured this was around $200 to 300, I got plenty in the wallet that's fine. Only problem was when I pulled the wallet up it was zero, no money in the wallet. So I inquired to no avail. I have talked to the manager, I have talked to the corporate customer service which is all overseas and completely useless. When you Google Lowe's for their corporate phone number you get the same people overseas you cannot talk to these people in the United States unless you get a manager to slide you a phone number under the desk. Which I did and I talked to them and they were pretty much just as useless the only thing they could tell me is we don't do that I said yes you do because you did it with me even though I did not want it that way you made me do it, where's my money? Well my money completely disappeared nobody knows where it is the only thing they can tell me is it never existed like I am imagining the whole thing so I'm just out 700 something dollars. And I have no recourse cuz there's no record it has disappeared. Needless to say be very cautious when buying large ticket items at Lowe's, if you have a problem you're going to go for a ride and it's going to cost you. I'm not saying I won't shop there cuz it's convenient to where I live however there is another home improvement store down the street for large ticket items frankly I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to Lowe's.

Most trash experience we've ever had at Lowes. Ordered two expensive interior door's and Lowes lost them as soon as they recieved them. Never made it onto a Lowes truck for delivery AND they didn't think to pick up a phone and contact us to let us know. we called a month later, still "no updates in the system", so we drive up there where the entire staff passed us around to different departments and then when no one found the doors, they just stopped helping.
