Its always frustrating because i done a few orders online for either pick up or delivery at the Smyrna Lowe's and for some reason it always switches to Murfreesboro Lowe's even when i got my store set to the Smyrna Lowes and every time i call them up they never cant do anything about switching my order to the right store plus it was supposed to be same day delivery and 1-2 hours later ill get a text saying a have a different delivery date

I like Lowe’s but today the customer service lady couldn’t help me in reprinting a receipt for me when I went to other Lowe’s and they are always able to look it up and find it she just probably did not want to do it or just didn’t know how really sucks considering she is a customer service she should be able to know the system or get trained on it I dont understand how some stores can and some can’t lack of customer service will not be going back to that location

This five star review is for Cory at this location. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, looking for pieces to replace my bedroom closet that fell down I encountered two employees that were nonchalant one of which I helped him pull carts in because he was having an issues and it looked like his finger got smashed in the cart and then when I happen to ask him where the closet were, he looked at me as though he didn’t have on a vest that said Lowe’s and gave me wrong information just when I was fed up and was on my way out the store to go to Home Depot. I bumped into Cory on a whim and asked him because I really didn’t want to have to spend more time going to a different store. Cory took me directly to the area that I needed measured and cut the portion of the closet for me asked me was anything else needed to repair my closet and gave an apology for the lack of service that I received from his coworkers thank you Cory that meant a whole lot to me being one of those women that just didn’t know the language of what I was actually looking for a round of applause Corey is the little things that means so much😊

I had a frustrating experience with Lowe’s that was ultimately saved by a couple of great employees, but it should never have gotten to that point. I purchased a Toro zero-turn mower for nearly $6,000 on Tuesday, and the system clearly stated it would be ready for in-store pickup within 3 hours. There were even two units showing as in stock. I waited until Friday to pick it up, drove an hour with a rented U-Haul trailer, and arrived expecting a smooth process. Instead, I was told at pickup that the mower wasn’t assembled and I’d need to come back another day. After spending that kind of money and making that kind of trip, that’s unacceptable on its own, but the situation got worse when I spoke with the manager, Joe. Joe was dismissive, condescending, and made no effort to help or problem-solve. When I asked if they could prioritize assembly given the circumstances, he basically shrugged it off and said I might get a call later that night, possibly as late as 9 PM. When I questioned why the system said it would be ready Tuesday, he didn’t offer any explanation and instead told me I could just go somewhere else and buy it. That’s not customer service, that’s pushing the problem away. Fortunately, Emma at customer service and Chandler in the back completely turned the situation around. Emma was professional, communicative, and actually tried to find a solution. Chandler went above and beyond, he checked the back, found that the mower was already assembled (which the manager never even bothered to verify), and helped get everything loaded. He even made the effort to clock back in quickly to assist me. The contrast between the manager and these two employees was night and day. Emma and Chandler represent what customer service should look like. Joe does not. If not for Emma and Chandler, I would have left extremely dissatisfied and likely taken my business elsewhere. Lowe’s needs to take a hard look at how situations like this are handled, especially at the management level.

Bad experience, poor customer service from an associate-asked for an MDF board to be cut, he looked at it, asked another associate if he was trained to cut, spoke to associate about a shelf stocking job, then asked associate if anyone else was saw trained, then and only then looked at me and said they no longer cut MDF telling me it can mess the blades on the saw up. Why not say that from the jump? CONVIENTLY, I saw this same employee with his vest off heading from the customer service desk to the back just 4-5 minutes later. I think he didn't want to cut it as getting off was MORE important. Whatever the issue it ruined my trip-spoke to another associate and maybe a department manager and while apologetic offered no real help. I left my cart and planned purchases in lighting and left-went to Home Depot and ALL the associates were VERY willing to help and offer assistance. I've shopped with Lowes for years, after today will NOT be returning! Even returned my already bought light fixture and cancelled install. 👎
