If I could give zero stars, I would.
My interaction with Manager Jeremy at this location was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered. While inquiring about a DeWalt tool that was advertised for sale on Lowes.com, I was informed that the store would not honor the advertised price. Even after acknowledging the legitimacy of the advertised sale, Jeremy stated, “You will not get that for that price,” in a dismissive and unprofessional manner.
What was particularly troubling was the way I was treated throughout the interaction. Before responding, Jeremy looked me up and down in a manner that made me feel judged and stereotyped rather than assisted as a paying customer. His demeanor and conduct left me with the strong impression that assumptions were being made about me based on my appearance.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with the same level of courtesy, respect, and professionalism afforded to everyone else. Instead, I left feeling belittled, disrespected, and concerned that my treatment may have been influenced by bias. Whether intentional or not, the experience created the perception of discriminatory treatment and fell far below the standard of customer service that Lowe's should expect from its management team.
I am not simply disappointed that a pricing issue was not resolved; I am disappointed by the manner in which I was treated. No customer should leave a store feeling dismissed, judged, or marginalized because of how they look.

Ive been shopping here for since it has opened. Last 6 months this place has went to rock bottom. Impossible to get help. And when they tell you the location it not even in that location. You stand at paint counter and the guy acts like you are not there. He must not have his glasses on. On top of that road construction makes it hard to get in out. Hello home depot. Ive had enough. Sorry the manager thought I could wait 30 minutes to explain the situation that I was having at his or hers store. I be see more of you just across the street.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of your competitor for 40 years, that all changed on 5/23/26 and 5/24/26. We have been in customer service jobs our entire working careers. Obviously, we know poor, good, and excellent customer service when we see it in real time. Your employees David H. and George S. at the Lowes on Genie Dr. Smyrna Tennessee are absolutely outstanding. David H. went over and beyond assisting me with ordering doors. David took it one step further and personally went with me thru the store to get the rest of the items I needed (I am sure he could have handed me off to someone else). George S. In the paint department was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Loved his personality. Every single person we crossed paths with 5/23 and 5/24 spoke to us ( you don't experience that anymore). We are now Lowe's loyal customers. I hope the above employees are acknowledged.
