My rent goes up $30-$40 every 6-9 months since ESS took over. I've also tracked it, and whenever I have a period where I visit the facility frequently to remove or add items, I get a surprise increase. More than once it's happened with no prior notice, which is completely unacceptable. And the climate control is barely cooler than outside temps. I've been a customer for years, but it's time to go. They're buying up all the smaller companies and charging whatever they want. Don't do it--your rent will quickly and frequently increase significantly.

Perfect location in the town of Smyrna right off Sam Ridley. Originally signed my contract online and getting the keys was seamless. Then decided to upgrade my space and Cody in the office was super helpful and pleasant! Process took less than 5 mins. Highly recommend
