  Outdoor Spas has been amazing to work with. I usually talk with Terri or Brandon, and they consistently go above and beyond in a way you just don’t see much anymore. They’re incredibly informative and patient—if you don’t understand something, they’ll explain it clearly and make sure you truly understand what you’re buying and what your options are. They also carry high-end products (not the cheap stuff), which I really appreciate. Every time I deal with them, the experience is consistent: friendly, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. On top of that, they have that hometown feel—never “corporate”—and they’re the kind of company you can trust and come back to again and again. I’d recommend Outdoor Spas to anyone!

  I had such a positive experience from start to finish. When we first walked in the door of this family owned business, we were greeted by Terri Who answered all of our questions. We looked at a couple of other places and decided to buy from this family owned business because of Terri. It’s not that she was a great sales person, although she is, but it was because of the feeling of confidence and genuineness that came through talking to her. There was no high-pressure sale, Simply answering our questions and giving us a sense of confidence that she and her family knew what they were doing. She connected with our Electrician to make sure everything was run properly, she provided us with answers to our many questions as we were awaiting delivering installation. Delivering installation were done in a way that was so simple and easy. Instructions were given on how to use this wonderful tub that they sold to us. The bottom line is that our initial instinct to go with this family owned business paid off and we highly recommend them. We would give them 10 stars for both service and for the product that we purchased, a Viking tub

  Outdoor Spas is the best place for all your spa service needs. They are super knowledgeable about parts, and if needed, they have service techs available who do an excellent repair job on site. We bought a new hot tub from them recently and had a great experience. Definitely suggest them for your hot tub services.

  The whole Outdoor Spas team noticeably had excellent customer service, and that is difficult to come by these days. They were prompt each time and delivery was quick as well. Definitely would use again and recommend them!
