    Needs to focus on more home improvement and supply for DYI home improvement rather than having clothing and decorations

    Built two houses and every time that Sevierville TN store gets chosen as the fulfillment store (not my selected store) and it is an item to be delivered it is not. This store has the worst delivery management team ever. The customer is never made aware of the change in store and thus there are issues. Delivery window set for a certain day with a four hour window. No communication about issues, takes hours to chase down and the customer is left with no confirmation that the item will be delivered. Spirit Logistics is the third party vendor that does the flatbed deliveries. Lowes is at fault for not mandating delivery windows be adhered to and the customer is left waiting for the delivery well past the window time. Still not certain that I will actually get today or ever. Lowe's response was well you can cancel the order and reorder it. Why? The point would be what? Who is to say this will not happen again?

    We needed two blinds cut asked an associate was quoted five minutes. Waited twenty minutes and had to go ask another associate for help. While getting our blinds cut the poor employee was getting called overhead and was calling for help but no manager came. After having our blinds cut we grabbed another set that had been previously cut and was quoted half price because they were damaged. There was no tag so we waited another thirty minutes for manager GARY to come and help us and his employees. Gary scanned the blinds did not speak to me or my mother and told us $35 was the best he could do. After an employee corrects the MANAGER he suddenly could give us the blinds or half price. I would hate to be an employee there because they seemed to all be working very hard and there were multiple times they called management for help and no one came. Management had horrible customer service which was disappointing after waiting over an hours for blinds. We will be taking our business to Home Depot after this experience.

    I went in the other day to get a toilet and I was helped with a very knowledgeable associate named Buzz. He got a cart put the toilet on the cart for me and took it to my car. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed for this job. Thank You Buzz
