We, my Dad and I had a wonderful experience at our Local Lowe's. Kayla helped us instantly even though I sure it wasn't her section, she seemed to be on her way to something else when I stopped her. Very competent, friendly and we got what we needed and was out in a flash. Great work Lowe's

The prices are cheaper at the Lowe’s in Clarksville Tn. I asked them if they price matched with others lowes and they said, NO! So I shop at the Clarksville stores!

Corporate greed has definitely taken over this place that home owners used to be able to go to get affordable building materials for their homes. Everything i came here looking for, I found somewhere else for less than 1/3 the price. For JUST ONE example: Came looking for support posts for my back patio. Lowes wanted $50.00 each for them. I needed 3 so, that would have been over $170.00 after tax. And the wood was obviously very old and had been sitting on the shelf for way too long. The wood was cracked and warped. Didn't find a single good quality post in the whole lot. Went to Ross and Sons and got the exact same thing, much better quality wood and only paid $82.14 for all 3 posts. Don't buy wood from Lowes unless you just enjoy throwing your money away on low quality lumber, just to feed the Corporate greed that plagues this country and all its big chain stores.

I ordered a couch online at Lowe's. I selected to have it delivered on 9/21. It came direct from vendor and I had no idea that it was coming direct from vendor and that the vendor would ship without customer signature as on lowes website it said it would require signature. I have to say mike in Fed Ex customer service was very polite when I called on a delivery sent by a Lowe's vendor 10 days early, set up as a no signature required delivery by that vendor. Needless to say I was panicked as we live out of state and a couch in 4 boxes was going to be sitting outside. Mike mentioned I could see the delivery on line which allowed me to know it went to correct house and where it was on the property. I had an angel from the fulfillment Dept at Lowes Paris say she lived in the town the delivery was made and she would go and put a tarp over the boxes. I have to say even though Companies, systems, vendors and requests can get messed up our humanity in both Mike at Fed Ex abd Leigh at Lowe's Paris shines bright. We Truly heart Felt Thanks 😊 ❤️
To Lowe's as a company please look into your vendors and hold them accountable because they are making you look bad. Good thing you have awesome, stand-up employees that go the extra mile as that is why I gave 5 stars.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement
How do I find a product online?
Search using a keyword, Lowe’s item number, brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse by department to shop Lowe’s large selection of items.

You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. How do I locate information on recalls and product safety news?
Recalls and safety news for products sold through Lowe’s are posted on the Lowe’s Recalls and Product Safety News page.
How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
