  Jacob is exceptional!! All employees are hard working men ! I used them twice.first time lighting took a tree down. They were here the next day. Second time was a tree threatening to tear into the house if lighting or a bad storm came through.They took that one down exactly where they wanted it to land. So glad we have a company like them locally. I highly recommend them!!

  Jason was prompt with providing a quote. Agreement then made and then Jason and his hard working crew showed up next day to remove the dead tree next to the driveway. They took necessary precautions to protect my concrete driveway from one of the boom trucks. They worked safely and efficiently. Had the large tree down on ground in less than an hour. They cleaned up all remnants of the tree by grinding the branches and loading the larger pieces on a flatbed trailer for transport away. Jason and I also reached an agreement to haul away large pieces of another tree that had been taken down several months prior. His crew made quick work of loading the pieces of tree trunk on another truck. I would definitely use Big Orange Tree Service again for any tree removal work. Jon T. Rockwood, TN

  They come in and removed a huge cedar tree. The wind blew half of it down and they took care of the rest. Less than two hours and they were done. My yard looked like they were never there, except the tree was gone. Highly recommend.

  The Big Orange Tree team was our first call when we experienced storm damage to several large trees that resulted in property damage & power loss. The owner came out to assess the damage and give us a quote within the hour and the team was here first thing in the morning to start working. The guys went above and beyond to clean up a MASSIVE fallen hickory, downed limbs galore, roots, leaves, debris, and just a big giant mess of tree parts. After they finished they spent extra time cleaning up our yard, street, and driveway - even the neighbors complimented the job! We have several large trees on our property and have gotten quotes & inspections from a long list of local companies. Never again will I waste my time. I am going straight to Big Orange Tree for all future projects & I highly recommend you do the same if you live in the Oak Ridge or Knoxville area and need an honest hardworking team to take care of you & your trees.   It was as if a well-choreographed team of strong, kind and capable men descended on our property for several hours for two days and worked tirelessly to remove threatening trees and open up our yard again. They damaged nothing, cleaned up everything, — all for a fair & competitive price. I highly recommend Big Orange Tree Service.
