I’ve been very happy with my Extra Space Storage. My unit was very clean, as is the entire facility, I felt that my things were safe and secure. After a very heavy rain storm, I went to checked on my things, no leaks.
I’m especially grateful to John. One morning, after I accidentally left my unit door open overnight, John contacted me to let me know. He had already secured the unit for me and even gave me the hours he would be there so he could unlock it when I arrived. Thank you John.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, so I had a lot of questions going into the process. John, the general manager, was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive every step of the way. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free for my family.
The facility feels very secure, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We rented a climate-controlled unit, and it’s always been nice and cool inside, so I truly feel like we’re getting the quality and experience we’re paying for.
I really appreciate John and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience such an easy one. If you’re looking for storage in the area, I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage!
