Mainly your delivery team that breaks my fridge door and just leaves, knowing they broke it and doing it right in front of me. Covering up ripped wires on my fridge. So the alarm wont stop going off. Then having to move my work schedule around 4 weeks in a row to have someone come look, saying ya its broke....then another come try to deliver when they wont even come up my driveway because it just rained. Customer services sucks completely. Will never order anything from them again. Ridiculous. Especially someone who works in customer service.

The employees are usually very nice and wonderful but I encountered one earlier today who did not fit that criteria. Her name was Kimberly and she was the rudest human being I have ever encountered. She belittled me, yelled at me, called me names. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She referred to herself as a manager which was alarming because no manager should ever have the type of attitude this person did. Never in my life have I been so insulted. This woman does not need to work in customer service.
