One of the employees took the time to walk me through how to use the grinder, which I genuinely appreciated since I hadn’t done it before. She was patient and super helpful. The checkout experience was just as good. The cashier was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. It’s always nice when a place has people who actually take the time to help. Definitely a great visit.

I noticed I was being watched by an employee, I smiled at her as I passed, and she avoided eye contact with me. I got to checkout and the oh-so-friendly cashier told me that because I “seem like a nice lady” he wanted to inform me that “it’s a rule here” that I cannot shop without a cart. Instead of just watching or complaining to the customer for having their hands full, how about offering them a basket or leaving basket stations throughout the store in case we pick up more items than we expected? I did not appreciate the service and won’t be coming back.
