They did not have my entire order correct when I picked up, but notified me after I was driving in the opposite direction for 30 minutes. Every time you get someone on the phone they are rude. The closet design team is rude as well. Tried talking to a manager about this and he could care less. Such a shame, I love the concept of the store & their products. Won't be back.

Their sale prices are probably a gimmick to get you to buy more expensive items.... Waste of money, energy and time. Won't try again. Update: the company will not REFUND my credit card for the order they cannot fulfill... I am being forced to call my credit card company. Ridiculous.
