  Morning of 5/2/26 - Came to the Nashville location because they had everything I needed, after researching on their site. Normally go to SiteOne in Franklin or Murfreesboro. Walked in to the building, politely asked the guy at the register where I could find grass seed, and was yelled at. Not just yelled at but demeaned in front of others. Before the dude finished his tirade, I had already started walking towards the door. He continued to yell the entire time I walked away. I never said anything more than ask the one question, just turned and walked out in silence, and disbelief, that SiteOne could hire, and likely retain, someone with this customer facing attitude.

  If you call they answer but put you on hold You might call again and again and its same thing nobody help you on the phone Why ? Only god knows Some times I call from inside the store and I see nobody answering the phone

  God forbid you call and ask a question, they will yell at you and say this location doesn’t carry plants. Wow
