The Nolensville Road store is my go to. They usually have what I need and everything is easy to find. When I do need help, there is usually someone around to locate what I need. Yesterday, I went in to pick up an online order. There were 3 employees (only one working at customer service) standing behind the counter discussing soccer while I was the only person waiting to be helped. I stood there for almost 5 minutes before Daphne looked at me and said “yes”. I told her I had an order that was supposed to have been ready the day before but I had not received an email or text and asked if she could look it up. She proceeded to tell me that if I hadn’t gotten a notice it wasn’t ready. I asked her again if she could look it up. She continued to push me off — “if you didn’t get a notice it is not ready”. She must have said this a half a dozen times. Frustrated, I said “Will you please just look it up”. Well, you guessed it — my order was there and showed up in My Lowe’s. She then argued with me and said I couldn’t pick it up (because it was paid with my daughter’s Lowe’s card (even though it was under my name, email, address, my lowes sign-in, etc,). I had placed the order because I wanted to save time. I ended up having to basically fight for 20 min to pick up a package of batteries!!! Zero time saved and left the store frustrated to the point of driving an extra mile or 2 to the Hime Depot. And, Home Depot is. It my favorite! I hope that Daphne receives some brush up training on customer service or finds a role better suited to her skills and personality.

Bought a dam zero turn when they put it on the trailer they didn’t tell me something was wrong with it I came back the next day and wanted to change it but they put the money back on the card and I didn’t want that I just wanted to trade it now I have to wait a week
