    Spent almost 2000 on a new refrigerator and the person that hauled the old one off had attitude because I asked him to take the card board from the new one! Very unprofessional!!!!

    Very bad services especially at Return customer services and manager. They should get fired. I return toilet cover seat, they took items but didnt give money refunds. It’s a awful services at nolensville lowes manager and customer servies at black ladies.

    UPDATE: Since my review, I have spoken to Corporate Customer Service, and they even attempted to contact the store manager while I was on the phone and they were told that the manager didn't have time because they were too busy. What? To talk to CORPORATE?? I still do not have my quarter round and I am yet to be contacted with any type of resolution. I have heard, more than once, that there will be NO follow up with me and the assumption that there are those that will handle it internally. As a long time Lowes shopper I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. Recently I purchased flooring, Lowes exclusive brand, for my camper. I ended up needing more quarter round and here is where the start of the issue is. While these 3 incidents I'm going to speak about didn't all occur at this location, the Nolensville store stands out for the way they handled it. 3 times that I've ordered this quarter round, and 3 times it has come broken. I had been just replacing what I needed and using what I could, but this experience brought me to finally having enough. After opening my recent order st the store, it was once again.... broken. They did a return and I asked to speak to someone that could help this to not occur again. The customer service man promised me a call that day from the order fulfillment team manager. (Not sure what he called it). I ended up waiting all day and finally called and was told by an assistant manager that there is no such thing and there was nothing he could do about it. After more conversation, he said he would have the store manger call me first thing Monday. No call. I called Tuesday afternoon and was transferred to the store manager at which time I waited on hold for 14 minutes and finally hung up. I called back and they allowed the phone to ring for 22 minutes. Nobody picked up, nobody called me. I contacted the customer service 800# and have made my experience known. Lowes, you might have lost this business for good. Do better.

    I had a wonderful experience shopping at Lowe’s. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed much easier. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service I received. Maya went above and beyond to assist me. She greeted me with a warm smile, had an amazing personality, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to come across such positive and engaging customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into helping me. Thanks to Maya, I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future. Highly recommend!
