I really like this location. I usually do pickup order, but yesterday evening I came in to look at paint colors with my two little girls. Mr. Morris in the paint department went above and beyond to help us and was so kind showing my girls about the process of mixing paint! We also have had several great experience with the help of friendly cashiers the last few times we have been in.

What is going on at Lowe’s?
Ordered new exterior doors and had a great experience with Corey. Everything after that has been not so great.
Last Friday doors were set up to be delivered Monday with 3rd party installation Wednesday.
Monday only one door was delivered and it had the incorrect color screen door. I call the store and let them know of the issues and was told someone would call me back.
Well, like four people called me back and not one could grasp the concept of simply needing the screen door exchanged and the delivery every of my second door.
Today is installation day. My technician arrives and I ask him if the store had contacted him about my other door, which they hadn’t and so I explained to him the issues.
I call Lowe’s and the person I spoke to was was like “it’s not scheduled to be delivered today.”
Why wasn’t it delivered Monday after I alerted them? This kind technician offers to drive to the store and retrieve the door so
He can complete the job today, as I had taken off work for the project.
A Field Manager comes out to “inspect” and I ask him about my screen door. He walks out to the patio, takes a pic and leaves. Doesn’t communicate to me the resolution but has independent contractor relay the message.
Communication is so poor and they also don’t care about doing what’s right for the customer.
I will never use this retailer again.

DO NOT EVER BUY PAINT HERE!!!!!!
I purchased a paint sample from this Lowe’s, took it home, tested it on my wall, and loved the color. A week later, I purchased FOURTY GALLONS of that same color to paint my house.
Except the paint they mixed was not the same color as the sample. It was completely different.
I went back to the store with my receipts, the original sample, photos, videos, and proof of exactly what color I had requested. I was extremely polite and asked them to help correct the mistake.
The paint department manager (older woman whose name I cannot remember but started with a G), was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I was essentially told that Lowe’s would take zero responsibility and that I would need to purchase another 40 gallons of paint myself.
So now, because of a mistake made in their paint department, I am out the money I already spent on 40 gallons of incorrect paint, I have to spend even more money buying the correct paint, AND I have to pay for the labor to have my entire house repainted again.
The lack of accountability and customer service was honestly unbelievable. A store should not be able to mix a customer’s order incorrectly, cost them thousands of dollars in paint and labor, and then simply shrug and tell them to pay for it again.
What made the situation significantly worse was the way the paint manager handled it. I asked to speak to a manager and she looked at me and said, “I’m the manager of the paint department.” I then clarified that I wanted to speak with a store manager. She said, “One sec, I’ll go talk to her.”
She walked over to a YOUNG CASHIER for a few minutes, came back, and told me, “The manager said we can’t do anything about it.” From where I was standing, it certainly did not appear that she had actually spoken with a store manager, and at no point was I given the opportunity to speak directly with one myself.
I realize this was probably a simple mistake, but there was ZERO accountability and because of it, I will never purchase paint from this Lowe’s again, which is a shame because I have loved getting paint from this store for years.
