    No human being pickup phones to answer questions. Very disappointing using AI to answer customer calls.

    I won't be paying for items with cash anymore at the Lowes on Charlotte Ave in Nashville Tennessee. I bought a few things and the total came to $12.12. I put a $10 bill in the machine and two $1 bills in the machine plus a quarter in change for a total of $12.25. The machine posted that another $0.84 cents more was required. So I put another $1.00 in the machine and finally got $0.13 cents back in change. So I basically put $13.25 cents in the machine. With my calculations I paid basically $1.00 more than the original cost of $12.12 It's not a great deal of money. To me it's just the principle of the matter. I probably won't be going back to the Lowes on Charlotte Ave in Nashville Tennessee after this occurrence.

    Absolutely a joke when it comes to customer service. Missed delivery of an order placed in store, over a week ago for Friday with no communication. Was on hold for over 40 minutes this morning to finally be told by David in delivery that they had issues yesterday and it will be delivered today. 4pm comes around with nothing here. Get connected with Jacob in delivery, he claims that David did not communicate our conversation to anyone and I will not be receiving my order and now the only solution is scheduled for Monday now (not much faith that will happen either). Over all very frustrating customer experience, no communication unless I called and delayed the project. Taking business elsewhere in the future even if that means paying more for the products.

    Please be aware the Lowe’s in Athens has Flock camera tag readers with a city cop sitting in the parking lot this would be invasion of privacy and also this would be a form of entrapment so please note that Lowe’s loves the entrapment of their customers BE AWARE!!!!!!!

    If I could give this Lowes store zero stars I would. I live in Georgia but have 2nd home in middle TN. I ordered a new $4000 Zero Turn mower. I was told it would be delivered to my home in middle TN on a Friday. I drive four hours the day before to be there for the delivery. On the way there I get a call from Lowe’s stating “their delivery truck broke down” and they did not know when the mower would be delivered, but should be in two days. Two days later I was informed the truck was still broke down. I was told it would be delivered on Thursday, a week later from original date. I’m still 4 hours from my primary home. Frustrated, I agreed to the date. I was told it would be delivered between 8:00am and 8:00pm. At 3:30pm I received a call from a delivery driver saying that they could not fit the mower on the truck that morning and it would be the next day sometime before 8:00pm. This was totally unacceptable as I had to get back to my primary home in TN. I called the Lowes store and spoke with a man in receiving. He indicated he would get a manager to call me. I waited until late the next day, and still no call. I called the store again and demanded to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was not there. I did receive a call back from a. Assistant store manager. She was polite, but basically had no solution. I cancelled my purchase. I called the main Customer Care with Lowe’s corporate. They listened and simply said they would note the issue. They were not even going to ask my name or number, until I ask them if they were. I told them that someone with authority had 2 days to call me or I would post a Google review. Obviously since you are reading this, I’ve never heard back from Lowe’s. I’ve been a loyal Lowe’s customer with a Lowe’s charge card. I built a house several years ago and all material was purchased from Lowe’s. They have no concern for their customers. A company as big as Lowe’s could have done the right thing and found a way to get the mower to me. They chose not to. Lowes is heading in the wrong direction. A review of other posted Google reviews proves this.
