DO NOT EVER BUY PAINT HERE!!!!!!
I purchased a paint sample from this Lowe’s, took it home, tested it on my wall, and loved the color. A week later, I purchased FOURTY GALLONS of that same color to paint my house.
Except the paint they mixed was not the same color as the sample. It was completely different.
I went back to the store with my receipts, the original sample, photos, videos, and proof of exactly what color I had requested. I was extremely polite and asked them to help correct the mistake.
The paint department manager (older woman whose name I cannot remember but started with a G), was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I was essentially told that Lowe’s would take zero responsibility and that I would need to purchase another 40 gallons of paint myself.
So now, because of a mistake made in their paint department, I am out the money I already spent on 40 gallons of incorrect paint, I have to spend even more money buying the correct paint, AND I have to pay for the labor to have my entire house repainted again.
The lack of accountability and customer service was honestly unbelievable. A store should not be able to mix a customer’s order incorrectly, cost them thousands of dollars in paint and labor, and then simply shrug and tell them to pay for it again.
What made the situation significantly worse was the way the paint manager handled it. I asked to speak to a manager and she looked at me and said, “I’m the manager of the paint department.” I then clarified that I wanted to speak with a store manager. She said, “One sec, I’ll go talk to her.”
She walked over to a YOUNG CASHIER for a few minutes, came back, and told me, “The manager said we can’t do anything about it.” From where I was standing, it certainly did not appear that she had actually spoken with a store manager, and at no point was I given the opportunity to speak directly with one myself.
I realize this was probably a simple mistake, but there was ZERO accountability and because of it, I will never purchase paint from this Lowe’s again, which is a shame because I have loved getting paint from this store for years.

Reuben Mason needs a Raise! If he hasn’t already lol he was so wonderful to answer the phone and help me. My dryer has went out with a warranty and the company has been out to my house 3 times to fix my dryer with no results. I called because the EZTAC warranty company that assurent protection sent out just seemed fishy to me. I have 3 kids I wash clothes for plus myself I need my dryer and I do love the Samsung model I got never have had any issues until now. But thank you for talking to me Reuben and trying to help me contact the company and get this issue fixed.
