Rescheduled my delivery 30 minutes before the scheduled timeframe. When I called I was told the reason was because “a piece of steel was in the way so they didn’t put it on the truck”. I told them I had someone take off work to stay at home & had people coming to install my carpet that day so that was unacceptable. I was told the carpet would be added back to the schedule. I tracked the carpet all day it was never out for delivery. I called around 6:30 pm & I was told that the flat bed that the carpet was on had caught a flat. How is that possible if it was never out for delivery, it was never on the flat bed. I received my order the next morning. I can promise will never be back to this location or purchase anything that I need deliver from Lowe’s. Terrible experience all around & costed more money having to have someone take off work for 2 days to wait on a delivery & having to push back my carpet installation.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not just for certain people working this location, but Lowe’s in general. DO NOT order appliances from them. No one at the store will help you with the damaged item you receive because “it’s from the warehouse”. First dishwasher we received was broken and leaking, took it to the store so they could start the exchange process. Told us they wouldn’t and couldn’t help us at all, not even willing to call their own warehouse on a customers behalf. Just got the second one delivered after I arranged it and guess what? Third rack is completely damaged and rack wheel is broken off. Can’t go to the store for help because yet again it’s “from the warehouse”. We have now hooked up two different dishwashers only to realize they are broken. Asked for free install for a little help, and NOPE. Guess I’ll just keep my broken $1k dishwasher so I don’t have to deal with this circus anymore? Horrible company policy and customer service. There are even crazier details to this story (like an associate telling us to bring the broken unit inside the store, only to get it there and they tell us they can’t help us at all), but I’m trying to keep this as brief as possible 😂 just do yourself a favor and DON’T.

I usually enjoy shopping at Lowe’s because it’s convenient and normally my go-to place for materials and supplies. However, my experience at this specific location was very disappointing.
The customer service was extremely unhelpful. When asking employees for assistance, the common response was “I don’t know, ask somebody else.” Many employees were on their phones, walking around without helping customers, and even management appeared disengaged. At one point, I noticed the manager outside smoking and talking on the phone while several customers inside clearly needed assistance.
What was most frustrating is that it wasn’t just my experience. During the time I was there, I saw multiple customers trying to get help and being ignored or brushed off.
I’m writing this review because I believe this location has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and employee engagement. Customers should feel supported and respected when spending their time and money here.
