    Everyone at the Nashville Lowe’s is so friendly and very helpful. It’s my favorite Lowe’s store.

    I went by on this Saturday (the same day as the review) and had a few basic questions about buying some trim. A gentleman came by in a vest that was very stressed out and told me that each person had to work for three different departments on Saturday and to wait in isle 45. He used a walkie-talkie to request someone to help me. After about thirty minutes, I called customer service and they said someone would be there immediately. I eventually sat down in the middle of the isle since I had been there for so long. Eventually, someone came but it was because they thought I was sick and needed help from other customers showing concern about me. She did her best to help me out but it wasn’t really her department. She didn’t say that, it was just an observation. Accordingly, I’m done with Lowe’s. They aren’t really interesting selling products, they are interested I. Cutting costs.

    After a 3 week wait, they missed delivery date and time. I received an email 30 minutes before the sceduled delivery cancelling it, saying that "a Lowes associate would call me." Of course, no one did. I went online to reschedule the delivery and the only date I could select was another 3 weeks away. Use Home Depot.

    If I could give the store a -0 I would. None of the associates are interested in helping or providing service or even a product. When I was checking out one time an associate said they needed to get their manager to fix something for an item I was scanning and then she just walked away didn’t come back didn’t get a manager.I bought some mulch at the checkout went to the pick up in the parking lot and There was no mulch out there and no one was willing to help me find the right product until I talked to three different associates. They’ll only have one register open when the place is slammed and they won’t have a single cart available for customers to use. I really don’t even understand why this Lowe’s is there or open or pretending to be a Store and then when I call the phone number to file this complaint The associate just gives me that same number to call back in with the complaint i.e. avoiding doing any work.

    There seems to be a consistent lack of expertise and customer service across much of the store. The associates in the screws and hardware section are the exception—they were knowledgeable and actually helpful. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the manager over them. It’s difficult to understand how someone who appears to lack both product knowledge and basic customer service skills is in a leadership position over employees who clearly know more and are doing the real work. While the rest of the team was assisting customers, he seemed more focused on rearranging shelves than providing any meaningful support. Drive to Goodlettsville, Brentwood or Chattanooga before going here
