Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be using them again. Last night at 7:40 PM, I received a text asking when I planned to pay for a job that was completed on June 15, nearly two months ago. I immediately explained that I had paid the invoice in full via Zelle shortly after the work was completed. Rather than verifying the payment records, I was told that an attorney would be contacted to deal with "people like me" who don't pay. This felt like a major and completely unnecessary escalation. I responded by sending screenshots showing the Zelle payments that totaled the full invoice amount. Mistakes happen, and I would have understood a simple billing error. What I cannot understand is threatening legal action against a customer who paid in full and on time before taking the time to verify the facts. The situation was handled unprofessionally and left me with no confidence in doing business with them again.
