Tara and the crew are amazing! Tara has gone so far above and beyond to help myself and my family with their storage facility. If she managed one near my home I’d have rented something. Tara from Extra Space Storage took excellent care of me today. Fun fact, :) Tara took care of me in Orlando, FL when I used to live there and rented a unit with ESS, and now that I’m in Nashville, she took care of me again today! Small World… I digress Tara offered excellent customer service from beginning to end of our call. She made sure that I had the proper storage unit for my needs after listening to me list off my items. She recommended a larger unit and I was able to make a reservation with her over the phone with ease if I hadn’t listened to her, I would’ve ordered the wrong sized unit and been up the creek without a paddle, however, due to her empathy, patient and kindness. She redirected me to the larger unit that I needed, and even made my life easier by transferring my reservation from her store to another location. Most centers would ask you to contact the other location directly, but she made sure that I was taken care of. Now I can go to sleep tonight with peace of mind, knowing that my items will have enough space to be taken care of thanks Tara. I will definitely send more people your way! Choose Extra Space Storage they are awesome!

Hi everyone, I know this is my second post, but I have to tell you how AMAZING Tara is. Moving to a new state is hard, it is the best feeling when things go right. I don't know if she could tell if I was stressed or not that day I came into the office, but she was so SWEET and CARING, it just melted my heart. As I stated in my last post, Tara explained the process from beginning to end and it was so easy. Thank you Tara! You were AWESOME!!!!!
