I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which made storing my belongings simple and stress-free.
The main reason I stayed, though, is Julian. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rate available, and I truly appreciate that. With how tight money can be these days, having someone who genuinely looks out for their customers means a lot. Julian’s excellent customer service and willingness to help made all the difference. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Julian!

Julian, at the Monroe Street office, met me at the office door, walked me through the storage space, loaded the app worh me and answered all my questions. He’s a warm, friendly amd helpful guy. The place was clean and well maintained and the price was right! Moving my stuff in soon and I expect that too will be a good experience. Highly recommend them.
