Julian at the Extra Space Storage on Monroe street has been incredible to work with. He made the process of moving us into a new unit so easy, took the time to walk us through our options, and has been incredibly helpful anytime an issue has come up. He’s also been super communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, which we really appreciate. It’s rare to get this level of service, and Julian has truly gone above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

So appreciative of the help I got today getting my new storage unit figured out. I have been a loyal customer of this particular Extra Space location on Monroe Street in Nashville for several years. They do their best to give me a fair price and work with me depending on the size unit that will work for me at the time. They keep the facility clean and although a few brand new storage facilities have opened up closeby I wouldn’t think of leaving this one!
