I was previously informed by a former employee (learned this in the call with Erica), Ebony, that I would receive one month of free rent. Due to office renovations, I was told the credit could not be applied at that time. However, I never received any follow-up or resolution. I bubbled this up to corporate and no one ever followed up with me. After my lease was significantly increased, I raised this issue with Erica and provided documented communication, including timestamps and prior outreach to corporate. She advised there was nothing she could do to assist, neither did she conduct any research. I am requesting a review of this matter and resolution of the previously promised rent credit. But - she's horrible.
