I’ve used this storage facility for awhile now. I moved from my former facility. The facility is clean and conveniently located. Recently, I had to downsize to a smaller unit because the price increase did not fit into my budget. Ketra from the facility was able to help me transfer my lease quickly. She was very friendly and helpful. I was able to begin moving into my new unit on the same day. It was seamless and stress-free.

Ketra was an absolute delight to work with as she helped me to navigate the different size units available, the pricing model, and walked me around to view the different options before I secured my unit. She also helped to ensure I received the onboarding emails and tested my access code with me to make sure everything worked before I left.

They only receive 4 stars bc they are working Ketra too hard. Beyond an unfortunate set of events with my onboarding to the storage all worked out. The org must remember customer service is judged strongly on first impressions. Perhaps providing a phone call to new customers and ensuring someone will be available to receive the newbie should be on order. Ketra was great!
