  Kristy and her trainee Jim were easy to work with. I can't give 5 stars because the product was just ordered yesterday and they haven't been installed yet. But the sales team was fine to work with. Have ordered from BB before and was satisfied such that I consulted with them again.

  I had a great experience with Budget Blinds. The whole process was very straightforward and the consultation only took an hour. Carolyn provided all the information, asked about my budget, style preferences, and was happy to answer every question I had. I was thoroughly impressed with the expansive selection; I had no idea there were so many options. I undoubtedly will go to them again if I ever need new blinds.

  We contacted Budget Blinds via their website to request a custom quote. They contacted us within 3 days to set up an appointment for a designer to come to our house. Carolyn (the designer) was awesome! She came out and measured for our custom shades and gave us SO many wonderful choices. We ended up going with beautiful motorized roller shades for our newly remodeled TV room that has two very wide windows. Carolyn asked questions about sunlight putting glare on the TV and whether we wanted to be able to see out at night but not have neighbors see in. She had so many good suggestions that we'd never thought about. She was a true professional - not pushy - just let us take our time to decide. She said it would take 3-4 weeks for the custom order to come in and then another 7-10 days to schedule an install. Everything went like clockwork. Our installer, Lucian, was fabulous. He arrived early today and was finished with the install in about 45 minutes! He explained how to operate the shades and how to recharge the motors (very smooth operation and charged via USB). We are SO very pleased with Budget Blinds from start to finish.
