The guys were cool. They were personable not robot salesmen just trying to push a product and upsell everything.

Before I even start, yes, my mother named me Karen. That doesn't mean that I don't get to share poor experiences.
BEWARE! This company is a BIG MONEY GRAB. We were charged $79 a month for 4 visits in 2 years. The people they sent didnt want to spray outside for ants, gave conflicting information on what they would and wouldn't do and seemed quite put out to even be here. They tried to charge me $200 to cancel service. . Appointments were made, I'd sit here for 6hrs for them to cancel the appointment at 5pm. When I called to reschedule or find out if they were actually going to show up, I was spoken to by their call center employee in the rudest, most condescending manner. All I can say is Wow! I got scammed.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL TURNS!

Promise a lot, never deliver. Terrible customer service as well.
When we were first sold on the plan, we were told that we would see the same technician on every visit. We have yet to see the same person twice.
When we finally decided we wanted to cancel after the 1-year contract. They made it near impossible. We called, emailed, and even sent a physical letter, but we still kept having techs show up and getting billed for it. When we finally spam called them until we got connected to the right person, we were given a significant discount.
Now, we have found a new local company that we are switching to where we will actually see the same person for every treatment. Called Aptive to cancel, was passed around 6 different representatives just to cancel. The guy that finally canceled our service had crazy attitude, said that us canceling "won't make a dent" and that he hopes the new guy doesn't "overtreat the property and kill our pets and all the trees." To end the call, he said that his name was "John Doe" so that we wouldn't be able to report him by name.
Now I am wondering if he actually cancelled, or if he will be malicious and keep it going so that we get charged again and again.
Really disgraceful of this company and I hope that nobody else has this experience, but I am sure that they will.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
