Great service by a great person!
Right now, he is the only reason I am staying with Aptive. Your service center that I have to call to schedule is brutal

We were given a 12 hour window for arrival. Who has 12 hours to wait around for the bug guy? This was after they rescheduled our appointment by a week without so much as a phone call. No one called to see what our concerns were. We wanted our yard sprayed for ticks, but no one called. Also, I usually get an update of what was done after they leave. Not today, they automatically took our 100ish dollars without us even knowing what service was provided. Also we are under contract with them so we are stuck with this horrible service. We have had this service for awhile and still have spiders. If you ask me, Aptive is a SCAM!

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. Their customer service is poor and I do not recommend them.
My contract was supposed to end at the end of April. I called before it expired to avoid automatic renewal, and I was told that canceling immediately would result in a penalty. So I agreed with the representative to cancel at the end of April, and he assured me he would leave a note on my account to prevent any charges for May.
However, at the beginning of May, they charged me $80 anyway. When my husband called, after a long wait, they refused to issue a refund and confirmed that the service had already been canceled—meaning they charged us for a month without providing any service.
I called again, and the representative initially refused to transfer me to a supervisor. After insisting, I finally spoke with a manager who denied that any calls had been made from my account in the past two months and asked me for proof, even though they claim all calls are recorded.
After checking my call history and providing the exact date, she suddenly acknowledged that there had been a call but claimed there were no notes. Only then did she agree to issue a refund.
Overall, this experience wasted half my day and caused unnecessary stress. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

I did not appreciate Aptive canceling my appointment last week after confirming the day before and me staying home waiting all day for Aptive to arrive then abruptly canceling at the end of the day.
