It's a giant box store. They have what you need generally. I do tend to use them and find what I need and check if it's cheaper elsewhere before purchasing. Perssonel are typically very knowledgeable on product locations. The app is easier to use but wish it stayed more up to date with actual inventory.

This is the worst store possible as far as customer service. First you can never get anyone to answer the phone. Second when I went in there today it took 30 mins to get someone to help me order a storm door. Now I have recieved a text stating that my order has been canceled and I can't get anyone to answer the phone to explain why. Third I'm unable to update my online account because it wants to send a code to my old phone number. Customer Service couldn't even help with that so now that account is useless and everything is tied to that account. This whole store is horrible. I'll be going to Home Depot now.

Zero stars if I could. Absolutely DO NOT purchase anything from Lowe’s. We bought a brand new dishwasher from Lowe’s November 2025. We used it about 3 times before I noticed water coming up thru my hardwood floors and my custom made cabinets turning black with water damage. I immediately called Lowe’s and made a claim. They sent out their crew to confirm that the washer had a large hole in the back of the washer and they advised me to contact Lowe’s. I did and few weeks later they sent out their adjuster. He then advised me to contact GE. GE then sent out their adjuster and confirmed the damaged and told me to start a claim. Few weeks later I learned that claim was denied and then to contact Lowe’s I did and then they told
Me to connect GE. Fast forward 8 months later and I am still
Fighting Lowes for a dishwasher that ruined my floors and cabinets and now they are saying there is absolutely nothing that they can do. I have had 5 of their adjusters come out and all said the same thing that the hold in the washer caused all of this. THIS IS DISGUSTING how they treat their customer with a brand new appliance that I bought from them, paid them to install and it caused almost 48,000 in damages to my home for them to literally say “oh well”. Looks like legal actions need to be taken next

Do not use this place for anything. They run in my kitchen from a dishwasher installation, and refuse to do anything. The dishwasher they installed had a hole in the back that allowed water to flood my kitchen. 8 months we have dealt with them and the called today and said they would do nothing! I shop there through my company and do many thousands of dollars with them per year. From now on I do not shop at Lowe's and will lose a job than buy something from them! Buyers beware

The only positive here is that the gentleman in lumber labeled a "pro loader" was awesome. He was helping everyone!
A different gentleman seemed disappointed i needed a 4x8 sheet of wood cut down. And warned it would be "a couple inches off." No big deal, i had leeway. Just seemed to blame the saw instead of taking an extra moment to get closer to what myself and another customer wanted. She seemed aware of the couple inches off and joked that "looks like it is cutting straight today."
Returned later because I needed another board and to have it cut into 3 pieces. The guy at the commercial desk looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Looked to his right and asked if they even cut MDF. Everyone there said no. Hahah. I had some cut earlier and there is a whole a frame saw in the back for those boards. He shrugged and asked for someone else to cut it who said they were on lunch. Then he told me they would be back in around an hour.
Twice in one day just very meh experiences. Again, the guy who was the "pro loader" was friggin awesome, kind, and helped everyone in his path. Think his name was Andy. Kudos Andy.
