I have had several issues recently with orders. First they called us to pick up a cabinet and then when we got there they couldn’t locate our order anywhere. Then I had part of an order delivered because the store was out, but the box was ripped and empty. I called the local Lowe’s to see about getting my items resent. The phone rang for 9 minutes. When it was finally answered, I was put on hold for another 25 minutes- long enough for me to drive to the store from Brentwood! I spoke to the manager and he assured me I would get a refund within a few days. That was 9 days ago. So I can do what now? Call a phone they do not answer? Ug…. Home Depot from now on. I am so disappointed- Lowe’s used to be my go- to.

I asked about returning a plant and they said bring back the packaging and the receipt. I brought it back and was told I needed the dead plant. Why would I keep a dead plant? This is my first time needing to return one. I threw away the plant. I guess there's no exceptions though. I'll be returning the other plant I bought that I still have.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered appliances and it was entered as a “carry out” when it was clearly understood we needed this as a delivery. Was given delivery date and, guess what?, NEVER HAPPENED! Had to go back to the store multiple times because no one EVER answers the phone (I have a video of how long I was holding for both Customer Service AND Appliances on two separate phones. Appliances was on hold for over 30 minutes and Customer Service for over 25 minutes. Managers scrambled to figure out what was wrong and we’re absolutely clueless. Their solution? Credit back my card and recharge me fo the entire purchase again, which takes up more of my funds? Absolutely Not! I have text messages of promised delivery dates which was a lie. Texts of I’m positive it will be in our store on a specific day, which was a lie. Told several times it’s going to be delivered, which was a lie, and promises of “Our Store Manager will call you tomorrow” and he is nowhere to be found. LIES!!!
I have absolutely NOTHING POSITVE to say about the poor customer service and lack of respect, concern, and empathy they have towards their customers. SEVERAL EMPLOYEES told me how horrible and unreliable their DC is and admitted that they themselves don’t even trust the delivery schedule and would only buy appliances they knew they could carry out themselves, WELL AFTER they were so willing to tie up my funds of over $3,000 and then have the audacity to tell me they can credit back my card but it would take 9-10 days before I would see it and then ask me if I wanted to apply for a Lowes Card instead and rerun the entire purchase again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
I was appalled by the way Azar spoke to my wife and cannot understand how a corporation would tolerate and allow s manager to treat customers like this. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I will NEVER step foot in this store again and will gladly go to their competitors to give them my business! Remember the previous statement about how I have a video of how long I was on hold? Yeah, that same video also shows me hanging up my phone and calling their competitor right across the street. Guess what? In less than 30 seconds I was speaking to a live person who was willing to give me prompt service and immediate attention. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT for showing true customer service!
Buyer be ware, do not waste your time at this store, do not believe their “promised” delivery dates, and do not expect anyone to answer a phone and/or provide the highest levels of customer service. IT DOES NOT EXIST HERE!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
