Totally impressed with George who helped us purchase a new LG washer and dryer. George is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Actually assumed he was one of the managers given his communication skills and expertise.

Top priority, I have to give 5 Stars to JJ. I was to pick up a large amount of flooring (24 cases) and she personally took command on getting it all picked and loaded; and she did it in an utmost professional manner. Not an easy task when the this was all loaded into a SUV - not a truck or trailer, an SUV! She even made sure the wheels weren't scraping the wheel wells. JJ is a rare find and Lowe's should be proud.

I have to give a shout out to Nick from the flooring department. I had been trying to make a purchase online for a week to take advantage of the Labor Day sale and it would not work. I found him helping another customer and when he was finished he took me to his computer and was able to do it on his computer which I could not get to work for me. My request wasn’t even for flooring and he went above and beyond to assist me. Please pass along these praises to him, very great employee!

I would like to share my experience with renting a truck from Lowe’s. At the time of rental, I was informed that the cost would be $19 for 90 minutes. However, the rental agreement, pricing details, and any additional charges were not clearly explained to me.
I used the truck for a total of approximately 2 hours and 39 minutes and was charged $57.
I encourage anyone considering renting a truck from Lowe’s to carefully review the rental agreement and ask for a clear explanation of all pricing, time limits, and potential additional charges before renting. Understanding these details in advance can help avoid unexpected costs.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement
How do I find a product online?
Search using a keyword, Lowe’s item number, brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse by department to shop Lowe’s large selection of items.
How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. You’ll receive an email with the updated order information shortly after.
How do I locate information on recalls and product safety news?
Recalls and safety news for products sold through Lowe’s are posted on the Lowe’s Recalls and Product Safety News page.
How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
